Jessica and I took a ride on the Yorba Linda Bike Trail. It was nice and mellow. We cruised through the lake bed and saw all of the old BMX jumps that we used to do in high school. Sorry, no jumping pics. I'm too old now.

Woah home equity

Outstanding debt for home equity lines of credit increases 11 percent in the third quarter.
I know first hand... Home equity lines of credit are dangerous. Mindsets change when you can write checks from money that you did not earn. Combine that with a belief that your home equity will always go up and you are asking for trouble. HELOCs almost always have variable interest rates. Some of us are in for a rude awakening.
