September, 2006

Scott invited us on a Jeep trip up around Holcomb Valley in Big Bear. We explored a bunch of trails and nobody broke down.

The photos with me in them are courtesy of Jim

This area of Holcomb Valley used to be a mining town (Belleville). This is an old cabin.

My Jeep, on the other hand, was not so well-equipped. I tried a little throttle.

We followed it in about 100 feet. When we got to the end, Scott farted and sent us scrambling for the exit.

Photoshop has a panorama stitching tool, but obviously it sucks. This is a view of the high desert from the San Bernadino National Forest.
